Vinho Verde wine doesn’t necessarily mean the wine is green or comes for green grapes. Just mean young and meant to drink young. This wine will be high in acidity, light refreshing and lower in ABV. Pairs well with seafood dishes with heavy sauces or deep fried. I have my eye on pairing mine with some fried calamari
